Wondering about European size equivalents listed. I need a 10.5 in Salomons, 11 in other athletic shoes. Would the 42 be long enough? Any other suggestions for a long, narrow foot?

Very comfortable, but beware the black color

These are super comfortable and look good too. I have black ones, which I wore while traveling and walked a ton. These felt great the whole time. Only complaint is that even after a few weeks, black dye came off on my feet (yuck). Will buy brown or other lighter color next time. They run long -- I usually wear a 10.5 in Keens but took 9.5 in these -- and run more slim than many other Keen styles, great for gals with narrower feet.
