Hi, how warm are these mittens? I've tried the Northface Nuptse mittens but it didn't convinced me. Do they have an inside glove? Live in the Northern Rockies where it might be -10. Isabelle

Hi, Do these mittens have an inside glove? I have Raynaud syndrome and my fingers needs to be together in order to be warm. I am looking for very warm mittens since my fingers end up always without blood circulation. I'm a ski instructor and already have a collection of mittens....Planning to use them for hiking with snowshoes or even skate skiing. Isabelle
