Cloudveil Rayzar Ski Jacket - Women's

October 23, 2009

The new FirsTurn from Cloudveil has a fleece backer . If you want something a little more lightweight, the Serendipity has a poly/wool blend backer with a soft hand that has great natural temperature regulating features as well as anti-odor properties.

Cloudveil Madison Quilted Jacket - Women's

October 19, 2009

Absolutely! It's insulated with 100g of Primaloft Sport which makes it great for layering under a hard shell for skiing and/or trekking. It's also cute and practical as outerwear. Primaloft is very compressible, especially if you pack it nearer the bottom of your pack, but will bounce back once you take it out. It's also lightweight at 19oz. I've trekked and traveled with Cloudveil's Enclosure which has the same fill and is a little lighter at 16oz, and was really happy with it.

Cloudveil Bear Paw Mitten - Kids'

October 19, 2009

Really easy. If you look at the photo you can see the cuff is a large flap, so it's really easy to get on little ones. This then snaps securely and quickly closed with a magnetic closure.

Cloudveil Endless Down Jacket - Men's

October 19, 2009

Volt, this is designed to be a layering as well as an outerwear piece, so the fit is going to be a little tighter than say a hard shell. I would go with the XXL.

It is. You can adjust the hood so it works with or without a helmet, and is storm sealing. It's also removable.
