i'm looking for something warm enough for new york city winter weather, but also breathable enough to wear during fall and spring. is this jacket breathable enough to wear in 40 degree nyc weather? or should i look at the regular apex bionic jacket.

I'm deciding between this and the apex bionic thermal jacket. I want something warm enough for new york city winter weather but breathable enough to also wear during fall and spring. should i get the regular apex bionic or the apex bionic thermal?
