NEMO Equipment Inc. Losi 3P Tent: 3-Person 3-Season
January 23, 2012
This is the tent for you. Nemo sells a paw print liner for the dogs you mentioned. And the walls do get a little damp in extended rain but it is really not a big deal. One thing most people do not know about this tent is how great the materials are. The coating on this tent is not silnylon instead it is polyurathane. Slicone acts as a solvent for nylon and overtime will cause it to break down. The polyurathane is more expensive and better for the longevity of the tent. Nemo was one of the first companies to make this switch. Also if you look at the waterproofing rating for the fly and the floor you will find that it is substantially better than other 3 season tents on the market. I am pretty sure I misspelled polyurathane but the rest of the info should be accurate.

Marmot Never Summer Sleeping Bag: 0 Degree Down
January 23, 2012
pretty much all nylon has a DWR treatment from the factory on it. The DWR on this bag is not going to stop much, it will still get wet from tent condensation I would not use revivex on it because of what it may do to the down (which maybe nothing).Still I would use something made speciffic for down filled items. All down bags have the issue of getting wet but I have found the Marmot pinnacle to be more water resistant than most. Like Tim said if you want full on water protection get a membrain version.

Exped SynMat Sleeping Pad
January 22, 2012
Get the Syn mat it is very comfy and can still car camp with it. However you cannot backpack with the comfort mat it would not be worth the pack space.
