The zipper pulls have metal cramps on the ends of the cord to make them more sturdy I guess. Having said that, I still think you would be able to get a small lock on the actual zipper. Just a small luggage padlock anyway or maybe even some zip ties. Hope this helps!

I have a pretty large head and it fits me just fine. It covers everything but maybe the tips of my earlobes, but you can always pull it down a little further. Hope this helps!
