Warm but poor zipper/seam design

Re: 2007/2008(?) model

Pro - great in the warmth factor
Con - poor zipper design - keeps getting stuck, sometimes because it grabs at the seam/material that is next to the seam because it is so fluffy and interferes with the zipper. Literally has taken me sometime up to 5-10 mins to zip the coat.

Hopefully this year's model has fixed the zipper issue. Tired of fighting with the zipper the last couple of winters so took it back to my local NF store to send to the manufacturer to see how this can be resolved. Let you know the response from NF!

Really Warm but bad Zipper/Seam design

2007/2008 model

After a year or two of wearing it, I had to give it to my local NorthFace store to send it back to the manufacturer as I couldn't imagine another winter trying to fight with the zipper!

Pro - really warm for cold, frigid Canadian winters - love the coat for the warmth factor.

Con - poor zipper design - the coat is really fluffy and I find that the zipper keeps getting stuck and grabs onto the fabric near the seam . Sometime it literally takes me 10 mins to zip up the coat or to unjam the part of the fabric that gets caught in the zipper.

I'll let people know the response I get from NorthFace.
