Great layering piece

This is a great zip-up if you use it for what it's meant for (i.e. layering) - the thumbholes are ingenius as well. Because it's a layering piece, it's quite fitted, although true to size - just don't expect to use it as a light jacket and be able to fit bulky sleeves underneath it. Great piece!

Puts most other flip-flops to shame

The North Face Base Camp Flip-Flop - Women's

The North Face Base Camp Flip-Flop - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 November 10, 2009

This is a great flip-flop all around - very comfortable egg crate footbed, non-chafing straps that are just fitted enough, and very sturdy (more shoe-like) soles. The only point I would make is that I don't feel they run small at all - in fact, I would say they run a bit long. As others have mentioned, I agree they run a little wide as well, but since I have wide feet, that suits me just fine. I average a 9 in most shoes, and the 9 in these flip-flops is ok but a tiny bit long - but I'd also say it depends on how you like your flip-flops to "fit". Regardless, this is a must-have flip-flop!
