The North Face Aconcagua Down Jacket - Men's
December 10, 2009
They have done a good job hiding it, but I'm fairly certain that it is zip-in compatible. The wrists have the little loops and snaps, which should mean that it can attach to certain TNF shells, but i am not certain, as I have yet to test it out.

The North Face Khumbu Fleece Jacket - Men's
December 2, 2009
I have it in black, and while it does pick up some lint, it is not terrible. A hearty shake will remove most of the visible bits. As for sizing, it depends whether you would like it to fit close or have a bit of room, but the medium would probably be your best bet.

I am 6'5" and 225 and the XL fits me perfectly. I would probably go with the XL, it is nice to have a little bit of room in fleeces.
