I can give you a suggestion. Bern helmets are cut higher along the forehead to accomodate pretty much any goggle style and brand. I would check those out.

Well it mentions that the max child weight would be 50 lbs. But also here are the dimensions of the pack. Hopefully that helps?

It is more of a gunmetal. It looks black from far away but up close you will be able to see the grey attributes of it.
