Sadly no. They are working on delivering brand new jackets with a completely different design. Just keep checking back as new stuff is added daily. I'm sure with the new jackets you see you will be able to find something that you like.

No it does not come with one. However I am sure you could find a stuff sack for sale separately that would stow the jacket away just fine.
