  • Stomping Grounds:

    Alberta and BC
  • Bio:

I am a born and raised calgary boy, just an hour from the Aberta rocky resorts so I grew up with a par of sticks on my feet. I can still remember my first "full season" when I was 10, my family got a seasons pass to the hill in my city (Canada Olympic Park). While it was small it was all I needed to get caught with the bug, My dad would take me at least 3 nights a week for the night skiing and I would go to school the next morning SO tired but SO happy. I have had some low activity seasons in the last little while but that has been changing recently, Im getting out more and getting my confidence back. I wouldn't put myself in the "expert" group, but I am a solid Advanced skier and moving up.

Sessions Rocket Pant - Men's

Sessions Rocket Pant - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 October 24, 2009

As with all sessions stuff, be careful with your sizing! These fit big and baggy while I would normally go with the medium (i am a 30/30 pant size) they were too big and I went down one size. But overall the pants are sick, good pockets, well built, a solid buy.

if you have any doubts go try a pair on in a shop just to be sure.

DAKINE Legacy Glove - Men's

DAKINE Legacy Glove - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 October 24, 2009

These gloves are great! nice fit, not bulky and quite warm! the herringbone pattern also makes my knees weak. very good all round glove with an amazing classy pattern. The only knock I would say is the insulation only holds up to about -15 to -20 (celsius) = -4 F. after that I would bulk up to a good mitt.

Rossignol S6 Koopman Alpine Ski

these skis are the best do anything ski i have EVER tried. While there are skis that can do better at specific types of skiing, these ones do it all well. I cant really say it in a clearer way. As for the look of the ski... GORGEOUS. one of my favorite graphics of all time.

Sessions Foxtrot Stripe Jacket - Men's

Sessions Foxtrot Stripe Jacket - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 October 24, 2009

I actually had to return this jacket, I usually (in all other brands) fit a medium to large but in this on the large was HUGE! so depending on the fit you like be careful what size you select. Unfortunately there were none of my size left so i didn't get to have this style of jacket. That being said it was a great jacket nicely made, well taped seams, good pockets, etc... and the style is just sick, this jacket makes a big statement and is well worth while. It is a decent jacket warmth wise but what it lacks it makes up for with space inside to wear a layer.Just go try the sizing on in a store before you order.
