Uneven collar

Mountain Hardwear Compressor PL Insulated Jacket - Men's

One issue I have with the jacket I got is that the collar sits unevenly. The problem is caused because of the extra layering/protective matieral, guarding the neck from catching in the zipper is sewn onto one side only. This made one side of the collar to be heavier, causing it to open wider than the opposite. I wouldn't say it is fashionable, I think its more of a design fault (my opinion)...it may have just been on the jacket I bought...but since I needed it quickly, and I loved the feel and fit of the jacket (plus I lack fashion sense) I just put up with it. I will post a pic of what I tried to described in the text soon.

Feels Warm and Roomy

I haven't fully tested this bag, but the construction looks solid. Even though it is mummy shaped, I was able to fit a (rectangle)small Therma-rest Neo Air mattress in the sleeve without any problems, although any longer (i.e medium-large) would have been tight.

I tend to thrash around when I sleep and the bag feels roomy enough for me to sleep in the foetal position without being constrictive.

Therm-a-Rest NeoAir Sleeping Pad

Pricey, but you get what you pay for, would have been nice if a stuff sack came with it, but knew it wouldn't after reading everyone else's review. I bought a small and fitted it in a mummy shaped sleeping bag (BA Roxy)with no problems...might have been a problem if it was any longer though.

Hope it lasts for decades but wouldn't hesitate buying another one if I lost it.
