The kids love these

La Sportiva Shark Climbing Shoe - Kids'

After much research on the limited kids shoes available, I ordered the Sharks for my kids. They didn't get to us in time for our rock climbing class, but when we got to the gym, this is the kind they gave the kids anyway. The kids loved them, and loved rock climbing (it was their first time; we are joining the gym).

Sizing info -
I ordered 34 for my son, who wears a size 2 and his feet are slightly more than 19cm. When we got to the rock gym, this was the size they gave him, which fit perfectly with socks on. When we got our new ones in the mail, he tried them on without socks and they are a little big, but I'm glad I didn't get the size smaller, because I think they would have been a little snug. They are a bit stiff when new, so it's okay to be a little big until they are broken in and kids feet grow pretty quickly.

I ordered a size 32 for my daughter, who wears a size 12 and her feet are slightly more than 18cm. When we got to the rock gym, they gave her a size 31, which fit perfectly with socks on. When the new 32's came in the mail, they were a bit big, but should be okay with socks. If I could re-do, I would have gotten the 31's for her, but I am not going to exchange because she was a bit timid on the walls (only went halfway up and down a couple times) so by the time she really gets into it, the 32's should fit fine.
