DAKINE Scout Glove - Men's
January 11, 2011
i just went ahead and bought them and to answer my own question, it is not secured inside the glove. its made so you can remove your hand from the outer part to do something like take a pic or answer your phone and you leave the liner on the whole time. its a pretty useful feature

Rossignol S3 Koopman Alpine Ski
November 24, 2010
i think that should be good for the 168. it really depends on what you do/ability tho. the ski is gonna feel shorter on groomers because of less contact with the snow, but with powder youll feel all 168 cms of the ski. as an intermediate skier, 168 should be good

November 24, 2010
i would definately say 159. i am half a foot taller and feel comfortable on my 169 rockered ski. you'll feel all of this skis length in powder so sizing up might be tough there, but with the rocker on groomers it will be much shorter as far as contact with the snow. the more experienced you are the longer length you should be comfortable on. it depends on what you ski

Line Afterbang Ski
November 24, 2010
if your looking for something durable to thrash on, these are the skis. they are made for jibbing and can take a beating. if youve never had twintips tho ill assume that youve never done any park skiing, and this might not be the ski for a first time park skier just getting into it. with a symmetrical tip and tail these skis are 100% park skis. idont really kno what your talking about for the age thing tho; these ski are great for anybody looking for a great park ski

theres a convenient clear pocket under the right chest pocket. it flips up to show it and is held down by velcro and one of those metal button things. for a lift ticket, theres a ring to hang them from hidden by the left hem of the jacket.

K2 Extreme Alpine Ski
October 23, 2010
These skis are k2s all-around twin tips, they were really designed with everybody in mind, and can take a beating. because of this, you should look to them as more of an all mountain ski. they'll do great on groomers probably moguls, but I wouldn't buy this to be your ski for hikes or powder runs, as the dimensions are not very good for that. 174 might be the best for you with your height, but at 145pounds 169 should do fine, especially because its the only size left

KEEN Targhee ll Mid Hiking Boot - Men's

K2 Silencer Alpine Ski
July 8, 2010
despite being twin tipped, this ski is surprisingly geared toward all mountain, although for just some jumps the twintip is pointless. something thats only 80mm underfoot is a little slim for powderskiing. youre the exact size as me and 179 would be way too big unless your looking to have lots of growing room on these skis. it looks like 169 is sold out so look elsewhere; a ski thats too long is tough to contol.

Oakley Crowbar Goggle
July 7, 2010
The best all around lens is persimmon. It isn't too dark at night while not blinding you during the day. The H.I. lenses just let in too much light on brighter days, making it tough to make out the terrain or giving you a headache after a while.
