Does this jacket have any lining at all, or is it strictly a shell (like a windbreaker)? I am looking for an outer layer for Nordic Skiing and want something light, but not just a windbreaker. I bought the SWIX Carbon jacket and am returning it because it was ONLY a shell (windbreaker).

How heavy is this jacket (weight)? Would if be a good layering jacket, or is the built in insulation too much. I want ti use the jacket as an outer layer for Nordic skiing.
