The North Face Heckler Backpack - 2050cu in

August 27, 2009

I used it in middle school and liked it. The only thing is the back of the bag is stiff so it is sometime hard to fit in small lockers but it didn't create any real problems

I got this bag two years ago and its has given me no problems and i have never had any tears in the fabric, although one of my friends who has it had the top strap tear but it never became completely useless. I can fit clothes for three days and a pair of shoes and put an old sleeping bag in the straps underneath the bag and it is still comfortable. i have never used the stretchy cords on the front of the bag but i don't know what they're used for. All in all though, its a great bag

I like the size and it feels comfortable on my shoulders. The only thing I think i would have like to have seen would be a hard shell over the front "trampoline" like on the Neutron 32 backpack made by north face.
