Good beginner shoe

Scarpa Techno Lady Climbing Shoe - Women's

Scarpa Techno Lady Climbing Shoe - Women's

Rating for this product: 4 August 16, 2009

My first shoes, they were a good beginner shoe but not so good for small footholds, I like the way they smear, I got them a little too big but I could synch them tight after my foot warmed up. I am going to try the 5.10 Anasazi LV next, hopefully they will not disappoint.

Disappointed in their performance

Evolv Elektra Climbing Shoe - Women's

Evolv Elektra Climbing Shoe - Women's

Rating for this product: 2 August 16, 2009

I was disappointed in these shoes; they were my second pair of climbing shoes. My first, the Scarpa Techno were a good beginner shoe but not so good for small footholds. I liked the fit but using them I noticed it was harder to smear (slicker rubber) I am currently trying to return them... (worn once) I am going to try the 5.10 Anasazi LV next, hopefully they will not disappoint.
