Burton Custom Snowboard Binding

They should be able to fit, Burton uses 3 hole to strap down on a Burton board, but they should come with extra screws that can be screwed into your GNU. So yes, they SHOULD fit.

Then Size 12 boots would work.

Sorry, but to answer your question, Burton cannot be shipped outside of the US, it can only be shipped domestically. But, S's usually 7 - 9 in US Women's size, if you wanted to find another brand of bindings to buy.
