K2 Snowboards T1 SPDL Snowboard Boot - Men's

K2 Snowboards T1 SPDL Snowboard Boot - Men's

Rating for this product: 3 December 30, 2011

I tried on both the T1 standard lace up and the T1 speed laces. To my surprise the speed lace version takes longer and feels less secure than the standard laces. After tightening the speed laces you have to wrap the remaining lace around this little plastic piece that doesn't really hold the laces in place. Def not something you could do with gloves on. Failed design in my opinion.

As a boot overall, the T1 is super comfortable, stiff, and looks to be really high quality.

Bottom line: Buy the the standard lace up system over the "speed laces"

Sunday Afternoons Sport Hat

Sunday Afternoons Sport Hat

Rating for this product: 5 August 13, 2009

I brought this on my backpacking trip through Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand and the Cook Islands. The thing saved my dome from burning on multiple hikes, treks (tramps in NZ), Beach days, etc. I got it in Sand cause it looked like the best guys color plus it doesn't show dirt.

Super lightlightweight with a good size adjusting and chinstrap.

In Vietnam a tourist actually offered to buy the hat off my head for $100! I declined since it was right at the start of my trip and I would need it for the rest.

Sunday Afternoons Sun Tripper Cap

Sunday Afternoons Sun Tripper Cap

Rating for this product: 5 August 13, 2009

This is a sweet cap! Foldable brim and ventilation definitely give it the one up other caps out there. I use mine to for both around town and out on the trail. I really like the folding brim cause I can actually just the hat keep in my back pocket.

I was in between sizes when I bought mine. Opted for the Large. Cap sizes down pretty good.
