Hi Carla! I am the sales rep for the Rockies Region for Millet. If you are purchasing a small, the inseam is 31 inches, for a medium, the inseam is 32 inches and for a large, the inseam in 33 inches. Millet Premium Evo Softshell Jacket - Men's

Definitely comparable to the Gamma, although it does have the hood and cuffs. Breathability is outstanding as is it's warmth. And it looks great on! Also, it had a much softer hand.

Actually, my boyfriend wears his with a Black Diamond Half Dome helmet and it fits just fine. Please do not be deterred from the comment from the Backcountry guru, unless Steve can let us know what helmet does not fit.
