Fits a little strange. Collar is a bit funky and the raglan style sleeves can feel a little tight. Not my favorite.

Only for short hikes.

The North Face Hydro Hiker Lumbar Pack - 30cu in

Start running with this pack and the water bottle flies right out. Even when the back strap was tightened, the bottle goes a flyin' once you start trail running (for me anyway). Most packs designed for running have an elastic cord of some type that goes over the top of the bottle to hold it in the pouch, but not this one. Walk, but don't run with this.
