Marmot PreCip Jacket - Women's

July 29, 2009

I see that people doing upright activities like this jack, but what about sitting in a lawn chair for awhile in the rain. I've always used the "rubber" rain suits from K-Mart, but they are HUGE on me (Only 4'10"), so I'm looking for something that fits, but still keeps me good and dry with jeans and Long-underware on, plus long-sleeved shirt and sweatshirt for the evening at a Bluegrass Festival. I'm afraid that moving around on a lawn chair will force the water through nylon. Can you help me here? Also what's the lifespan of this? If I'm going to spend $175 it better last 10 years, with minimal use (1 or 2 Festival a year and Fishing trips).
