This thing is great. I tried a few of the other "stuffable" packs and this is by far the best for me(as long as you don't need axe loops). The shoulder straps actually have padding and it rides quite well on the back (20.5" torso here). Very lightweight for what you are getting here. Just shove this in your bigger pack and you have a great little pack for dayhikes and summit scrambles. Built like a brick ____house.

Pretty happy with these pants

Millet Trek Stretch Pant - Men's

Millet Trek Stretch Pant - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 April 12, 2010

I've been looking for a pair of pants like this that fit for what seems like forever. More often than not, others fit like clown pants. I am 6'2 about 155, so tall and lanky. These pants fit great, probably because they are European cut. Not so great for short stocky guys, but for me they are perfect.

Put these to the test this past weekend for about 6 miles with some steep scrambling. I really like the stretchy material; not something I have seen on other hiking pants. Well constructed throughout and the two side zipper pockets are perfect for a map, etc. I

A little pricy, but worth it IMO. Millet products are just great in general, these are no exception.

Patagonia Merino 1 T-Shirt - Short-Sleeve - Men's

March 18, 2010

Does anyone know how the fit on these compares to Pata's Cap 1 crew? I am a small in those usually, but I tried their older season Wool 1 crew and it was way to short - I'm tall and lanky. Do these have an updated fit with longer hem? Also, how is the shrinkage?
