Katadyn TRK Gravidyn Replacement Element

July 22, 2009

I built a system to filter the creek water at our remote cabin in central Idaho. ( the three black tubes in the upper left house the Gravidyns) I store the water in 60 gal barrels then pump it into the house with an RV pump powered by solar pannel and battery.

Cool Clean Water

Katadyn TRK Gravidyn Replacement Element

Rating for this product: 5 July 22, 2009

These gravidyns supply all clean potable water for two of us for extended stays at our cabin. I use a house filter first to get the chunks out, then the gravidyns. The time of year(muddy creek) dictates how often I have to clean the filters and that only takes a few minutes. I will buy these again.
