Is the inner jacket similar to that of Columbia's Bugaboo 3in1 jacket? I prefer an inner fleece jacket. Is this the jacket for me?

Columbia Bugaboo Parka - Men's

Just got my Columbia jacket a few months ago. Quite frankly i am not happy with Columbia's craftsmanship. The velcro pads the put the two ends of the jacket are slowly coming off. To think i have only used this jacket THRICE! A lot of loose end strings from the stitches could be seen. I should have gotten A different brand of jacket instead.
