OK so far I have only used them 2 times at the gym and they really stick. But beware They run Really small, I wear a 44.5 in a cycling shoe, oredered size 10 thinking I need them tight. could not get them on! returned them for size 11. they are very very tight in the toe area , painfully so but a bit loose in the heel so be careful ordering, BC was fantastic handling my return which eased some of the pain. no pun intended. I do have a question for you experinced climbers, do climbing shoes ever fit comfortably? Randy in Wichita
