Write your question here...I have a pair of Chaco sandal that I love, but over time the toe strap has tightend up so much that I can hardley stand to wear them for any length of time. Ive had them long enough that I dont know what model they are. When I tried to adjust the straps myself, but only seemed to make them worse, anyone know how to adjust them correctly?
