Salomon Elios XCR Hiking Shoe - Men's

Salomon Elios XCR Hiking Shoe - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 July 6, 2009

I really wish I could have kept these shoes. I put in about 20 miles of hiking through Zion, Arches, and the Wasatch Mountains, but, invariably, the top lace mount would dig into my foot—-a discomfort I wasn't willing to endure.

This is a solid, lightweight shoe that performed very well in nearly all aspects (traction, puddles, etc.) except for the foot digging and a propensity for pinky-toe blisters.

I ultimately returned them and went with the Columbia Pagora Hiking Shoe...thanks BackCountry for a seamless exchange!
