I am looking into the Arroyo because it has a higher arch and it has an insert that I can actually get an arch and metlift added.

These have an insert inside that you can take to your specialty store to get your metatarsal pad added! That is why I am considering them. I have really, really high arches and I have to get ALL my shoes from a specialty store and get arches and met lift pads added. But these are so comfy, I may not have to get them modified. I just wish they had better colors, like the Newport that comes in pink :(
