the sleeve length is in the View Sizing Chart at the top. It says a medium runs a 34-35 sleeve and goes up from there. Sounds like you should be good to go.

The Waypoint would be better for year round use, especially if you have to deal with a winter season. Where as this one will be more of a 3 season jacket better for spring, summer and fall.
