  • Stomping Grounds:

The French Quarter and Bywater of New Orleans
  • Bio:

I am not a gear geek, rather a selective person, who really wants clothing that just rocks it. I don't have a lot, (after losing everything in Katrina, having less seems like more,) but the clothes need to be long lasting, comfortable, all around rad, and low -impact on the environment(take what you need and leave the rest.)

Lafuma Loungin

Lafuma Annapurna Short - Men's

Lafuma Annapurna Short - Men's

Rating for this product: 3 June 26, 2009

I bought these because of the organic cotton value, and I wanted something comfortable to wear in pretty hot, sticky weather,(New Orleans.) I found regular cotton to get to heavy in the humidity, but the Lafuma are light and comfortable. I don't the same durablility as regular cotton (when I load my pocket with items - ipod, phone, camera etc.) I am not using these for hiking or heavy exercising, rather everyday living. The $56. price tag is a little intimidating, but I like them. I would buy another pair.
