Love the K jacket it by its self or for layering.

The North Face K Jacket - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 October 27, 2009

I live in northern WV and I bought the North Face Thunder Summit Series down jacket last year and absolutely love it. It's so light weight and very warm. However it doesn't have any wind wall factor, waterproofing, or hood so this fall I bought this K jacket to layer over it when I need some waterproofing or am going to be outside walking and need more wind protection. It's also a good lighter option when I don't need something as warm as the Thunder. It's very cute, stylish and comfortable. I love the pockets' soft lining, the cute belt, and the fact that the bottom will zip up a bit if you need some extra room while sitting or walking. I bought it in a medium and it layers over my Thunder well and still fits nicely without. I am 5'7 1/2" and 135 lbs.
I also really like the hood. It is large enough to cover your head well in case of wind and rain and can be tightened around your head so it stays on.
