Too tight

Sadly these shoes were too tight around the wide part of my feet. I love my Chaco sandals and these were my first attempt at closed shoes. They were way way too tight. Granted my feet are wide, but not absurdly wide.

Great Sandals

Chaco ZX/2 Unaweep Sandal - Backcountry.com Exclusive - Women's

Chaco ZX/2 Unaweep Sandal - Backcountry.com Exclusive - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 June 23, 2009

Chacos are the only shoes I now purchase. They work better than orthodic insoles my pediatrist provided to alleviate my plantar faciatis.

The only minor design flaw I find in these sandal, as well as other similar models, is that the strap you pull to tighten the sandal is too long (and I have thick feet and ankles.) I tuck it into the stationery ankle strap so I don't walk on it. You could cut it, I just can't bear to damage these great shoes.
