My quest for the perfect casual fleece may be over! I've been wearing the same gray Dakini fleece for three years and it's always been great, except the sleeves are too short. I don't know why, but they just are. I wanted a Berber-style fleece and came across this online and fell in love. I have Olalaberry and it's a really gorgeous color, kind of a plummy wine. I love the contouring, which makes it much more flattering to wear around town, and the microfleece-lined collar and cuffs. It has shed a little bit on the inside (it's still new) but nothing that is really troubling. The first time I washed this, it took seven minutes on the lowest setting of the dryer to dry so it's great for busy people. I'm not sure this would work out for heavy-duty stuff like climbing but it's well made and I would expect it to work well for most normally active people.
