Line Chronic Alpine Ski

July 24, 2009

I am looking for a mid-fat ski around 85mm underfoot to ski the east coast. I ski trees, ice, jumps, rails, powder, and moguls. I have been looking at the Line Chronic and K2 Extreme. I am wondering which one would be better for doing everything? Or is there a similar ski that is even better?

POC Receptor BUG Helmet

May 10, 2009

A few questions here: Does anyone know if the POC Receptor BUG Helmet leaves a large gaper gap on your forehead with goggles other than the POC ones. I have a pair of Oakley and a pair of Smith, will these fit well on the helmet? Also, I have heard the helmet comes with a clip for your goggles on the back to keep them in place. Is this true?
Thanks
