The Arc'teryx sizing confuses me a little. If I buy a "36"

The Arc'teryx sizing confuses me a little. If I buy a "36" waste does that mean it only comes in one inseam length. On the size chart if you follow the specs for 36 down the column it says it has a 35 inseam. That actually works out perfectly for me, but I'm just checking... thanks.

I can't make up my mind between these and the Scarpa Zen for an all purpose trail shoe. Anyone have any thoughts or tried both on?
