Lafuma Warm'n Light 600G Sleeping Bag: 40 Degree Down

i currently have the Lafuma Extreme 600 +45 bag and although its extremely light, ive been caught in near freezing temps a few times and its been a bit uncomfortable. Would this bag be the slight improvement that im looking for or is it about the same?
