  • Stomping Grounds:

Costa Rican beaches, mountains and roads, with the occasional visit to foreign countries
  • Bio:

Having lived in several different countries during my life and always being a sports and adventure lover has given me the chance to discover many sports, from swimming in my very early days, to biking, equestrian sports, wrestling & scuba diving to triathlon, open water swimming and water polo. And these are just the ones I've done with some degree of seriousness, but I have tried a lot more, like pole vaulting, wall climbing, surfing and even american football & rugby (no doubt, rugby is much tougher, sorry football lovers!)

Solid and stable

Thule Passage 3 Bike Strap Rack w/Cradles

Thule Passage 3 Bike Strap Rack w/Cradles

Rating for this product: 5 October 21, 2009

The rack works great, it fits perfectly to my 2008 Honda Civic (even though the manual said it wasn't recommended!). I've been traveling around with it for about 4 months now, with both short city trips, to long drives to the beach. Be sure to tighten it a little extra if you're going to carry all 3 bikes, as it could balance a little to much on curves, but with one or two bikes you don't even notice they are back there! The extra strap to avoid bike swinging is a great plus. This is the stable part.

The solid part comes to an SUV backing into it a few weeks ago, I'm still to find some damage on it.
