  • Bio:

I used to snowboard, skateboard, wakeboard, etc. but I had a bad car accident in '03 so I can't do all that anymore...

Spring '08 I took a massive trip w/ some friends through some western natl.parks. We covered 6,000+ miles in 14 days and saw a dozen or so Natl. Parks. Highlights were Zion, Crater Lake, Yosemite, hiking through Bridges National Park, sleeping under the stars @ Lake Powell and biking @ Moab... Utah has some of the coolest places I've ever been...behind Nepal maybe.

This photo is from a snowmobile trip in the Black Hills w/ my wife and some friends, March'09.

Salomon Tech Amphibian 2 Shoe - Men's

Salomon Tech Amphibian 2 Shoe - Men's

Rating for this product: 2 5 days ago

I bought these shoes locally for a great price. I liked the fit of the shoe on the initial wear, but after a day at the river I got a blister on my small toe, a bad seam placement. After it healed I wore them around and my toe didn't bother me anymore. I took them on a backpacking trip and wore them for a several miles of it one day, when it was especially wet. I started to get a sore on my arch then and noticed that the insoles don't stay where they are positioned. I'm not planning on doing anything involving much activity with these shoes again and I'm pretty disappointed since this was my first pair of Salomon shoes, I own some winter boots as well.
