The North Face Freedom Insulated LRBC Pant - Women's

I purchased the North Face Freedom Insulated LRBC ski pants after reading several reviews on this site about them. My previous pair of ski pants (very high brand name) ended up with busted zippers on the leg vents so I was in search of a very reliable replacement pair. I am not disappointed! These ski pants are perfect for a day on the slopes or out sledding with the kids. The various lengths that are offered is amazing - I ordered the short length and they are absolutely perfect - no more cuffing them or dragging them when walking to the lodge. I love them! Even in 5-10 degree conditions they are toasty warm with only a midweight layer of hot chilies underneath. Lots of pockets are offered and the adjustable velcro waist tabs come in handy for a perfect fit. The legs do have a slight flare to them - but over ski boots they are perfect! If you are looking for a reliable and stylish pair of ski pants - these are the one!

TNF Does It Again!

The North Face Thunder Down Jacket - Women's

If you are looking for a lightweight, yet very warm jacket to get you through the winter months - the Thunder Down Jacket is for you. Comfortable to wear due to the very non bulky feel of it. It does make a slight crinkly noise from the material - however it seems to subside the more you wear it. I wore this jacket when it was below zero and I was toasty warm. I have only used it for around the town purposes - so I cannot comment on it for long time outdoor activities. I have an actual heavy duty ski jacket for downhill skiing purposes - but if you are looking for a stylish, yet warm cold winter jacket - this is a winner! Sizing is accurate to what you wear in other NF apparel. Enjoy! : )
