Great gear bag

DAKINE Boot Locker 69L - Women's - 4200cu in

DAKINE Boot Locker 69L - Women's - 4200cu in

Rating for this product: 5 February 14, 2012

Love this bag. Packed my boots, helmet, goggles, ski pants, couple of pair of ski underwear tops and bottoms, socks, and some other accessories I crammed in the bare spots. It was still way under the allowable weight and manageable with the shoulder strap attached if needed. I checked it as it's probably not going to fit in most overheads but you could measure the height and try if it's not crammed full.

Rockin' Rossignol Jacket

Rossignol Sky PR Jacket - Women's

Rossignol Sky PR Jacket - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 January 29, 2012

Just returned from skiing with this jacket for a week in Telluride with this jacket and it truly lived up to my hopes and expectations. I replaced a great Nils jacket and was hopeful I wouldn't be disappointed and I wasn't! There are so many pockets, both inside and out, I didn't even use them all. There is a great, attached micro cloth for cleaning your lenses, a zippered inside pocket for your money, cards, a handy lip balm pocket, and much more. It was warm, nicely fitted and looked great. I had loads of compliments, even from total strangers. I am fairly tall (5'9")and have fairly long arms...even the thumb loops were comfy & the sleeves were long enough.

Best helmet I've tried to wear

Giro Sheer Helmet - Women's

Giro Sheer Helmet - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 January 21, 2011

My 2nd ski helmet and I LOVE it. Wore it for a week and it is the most comfortable helmet on the planet. I love the quick adjustment feature in back. A couple of cold days I wore a balaclava underneath and needed to adjust a bit for the extra bulk, which was so easy with the chin strap as well. So comfortable and warm I hardly knew I was wearing it. I also liked the inside fabrics. Neoprene (which for some reason motorcycle mfg love to use) really makes my head itch after wearing for a while, but this nice soft flannel and mesh is very nice on the head. Like the styling as well...not too 'girly' and a nice touch with the small brim to keep the sun out of your eyes.

The North Face TKA 100 Samantha Fleece Vest - Women's

Bought this 2-3 months ago for transition from winter to spring. It is the perfect weight, nice semi-fitted form, and just warm enough without bulk. Will buy another color
