Nice, but not for everything

Oakley Half Jacket XLJ Sunglasses

Oakley Half Jacket XLJ Sunglasses

Rating for this product: 3 September 24, 2004

Despite the fact that these glasses looked really cool, I had to return them. The lenses fogged up way too much for mountain bike racing. I am back with Bolle Vigilante which sit the lenses farther from the eyes, and don't have nearly the fogging problems of Oakley.

I would have liked to have kept these glasses for non-mountain bike use but the cost was prohibitive. I also ended up with a pair of Nike's from Sunglass Hut that fogged too much but I couldn't return. Thus those are my non mountain bike glasses now.

Thanks to backcountry.com for the no hassle return on the Oakleys!
