I would like to buy the Smith Phenom, but is it possible to buy

I would like to buy the Smith Phenom, but is it possible to buy the 1 frame and 2 different lenses? I would like to get the R36 & the mirror sensor lense. I cannot see this option, it looks like I have to buy 2 different frames.
Also with the mirror sensor lense is this ok for cloudy snowy days?
