I have used this jacket a month in Kabul, Afghanistan now. It is perfect for spring weather conditions. I have used it for both walking and running in both rain and sun - it just does it's job. It is the first softshell I have owned that are completely waterprof. Used it in completely downpour and didn't get wet. Highly recommendable!

X-Bionic Energizer Shirt - Short-Sleeve - Men's

X-Bionic Energizer Shirt - Short-Sleeve - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 April 20, 2009

This is a high quality shirt, no doubt - but... For the prize it should be! It fits great, gives a compressed feeling and is a good transporter of sweat - its main goal. I have used it as baselayer for running, and it does a good job.
Pro: Quality, good sweat transportation, no itchy nipples after ½ marathon
Cons: Prize. You might find an other line of shirts which also does a good job cheaper (merino).

I am normally in the lower part if medium, but I were swimming in this shirt medium size. Seemed like a XL to me, so go small...
Fabric is nice and ithas a good sweat transportation in a hot climate.
