Yes for sure. The dimensions are 18" x 12" x 6". It does not have a laptop sleeve though, so your computer might bounce around a little more.

Yes it would most likely fit. It does have a little more bulk to it because of the insulation, but if you have a loose fitting shell over the top then it will layer underneath just fine.

The holes in the blade are so you can run webbing through it and wear it independently instead of having to fold it up in a pack. One size refers to that all three colors have the same dimensions which are listed in the tech specs on the right side.
