Marmot Free Flight Pant - Men's

Marmot Free Flight Pant - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 April 8, 2009

Just returned from a 3 day ski trip and these pants kept me warm and dry. They fit loose but not too baggy. They do however run a little large...I am 6'0" with a 34.5 waist and the mediums fit fine with room for long underwear or even sweatpants. Only complaint is that the cargo pockets use very small strips of Velcro to close and do not hold very well. One of the cargo pockets does have an additional side zipper pocket, but it is small. Also and adjustable waist and leg vents would be a nice addition.

Nice but run large

Marmot Spellbound Pant - Men's

Marmot Spellbound Pant - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 April 8, 2009

These pants look good and feel warm, but run large...I am 6'0" with a 34.5 waist and the larges almost fall off of me. I would need a belt or suspenders to be comfortable. They are also baggy. I am returning the large for mediums and hope they fit better. The cargo pockets are not zippered, but do have wide strips of Velcro and seem to hold nicely. Also an adjustable waist could solve the fit problem and leg vents would be a nice addition.

Nice Helmet

Giro 2008 G10 Helmet

Giro 2008 G10 Helmet

Rating for this product: 5 April 8, 2009

I am a first time helmet user and liked this one. My head measures at 59 cm and I got a large...it fit very well and the adjustment knob in the back snugs things up nicely. The helmet stays in place, holds goggles well and as a bonus it keeps you warm. Fortunately I did not have to test it out, but it seems very strong and feels like it would hold up well if any encounters with trees or rocks should occur!
