Kelty Light Year XP Sleeping Bag: 0 Degree Synthetic - Women's

Rating for this product: 4 March 5, 2009

I bought this bag last week. First thing I noticed was that It is very light weight and compresses fairly well, enough to make me nervous about camping in really cold weather in it so I tried it in the backyard first. The temperature got down to 20 degrees but I managed to stay warm without any kind of liner. I actually did sweat a little bit and in the morning there was condensation on the outside of the bag. There were a few cool spots through the night but nothing that kept me up. I don't know that I would trust it without the liner at its rated temp, but that is too be expected from any bag. For the price, warmth, and weight I would recommend it.
