Exped DownMat Sleeping Pad

Exped DownMat Sleeping Pad

Rating for this product: 5 May 18, 2009

I bought this pad mainly for the shoulder width. I had a slightly smaller exped mat that was very nice but my shoulders hung off. So I was loooking for a exped pad that was a little bigger I found one and the noticed for a few dollars more I could have a down one this is where I made a mistake it is very hot!!! If you plan on camping in a blizzard than it will be nice.I had it on the top of Mt. Shasta and it was still hot!!So when you look to buy this they mean business with the 4 season.

I have used this tent and loved it on several climbs.once again people you have to use it in its application high altitude mountaineering.i see people write reviews on this tent on several sites saying it was to hot i guarantee they would'nt be complaining if they were on the top of mt hood in the middle of winter. i mean who buys a 640.00 4 season tent then heads to lake shasta for spring break anyways!!!!!
