Lightweight good looking fleece

The North Face Khumbu Fleece Jacket - Men's

The North Face Khumbu Fleece Jacket - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 April 25, 2009

This fleece keeps me warm most places I go. Now considering that I'm not in a cold climate all the time, I don't need much more to keep me nice and toasty but when I go snowboarding, using this layer is almost too warm. It can be worn casually or out to dinner. Either way you're stylin' in TNF so you're already set. This beats the Denali hands down.

straightforward

Therm-a-Rest Prolite Sleeping Pad

Therm-a-Rest Prolite Sleeping Pad

Rating for this product: 4 April 25, 2009

This pad does a great job especially for the compact size of about a nalgene bottle. It's light and keeps you off the cold ground floor. As long as you have an adequate sleeping bag then you'll be very pleased with this.

Pocket sized power

Solio Classic Solar Charger w/Wall Adapters

Solio Classic Solar Charger w/Wall Adapters

Rating for this product: 4 April 25, 2009

For the small size and versatility of this product, I love it. The availability to charge virtually any USB device or cell phone is not rivaled by many products. Charging can take a long time if you are not in strong sunlight yet it still generates an option to charge those devices you need. The price may seem a bit steel but for solar power, clean power, its a great product.

A great pack all around

The North Face Hammerhead Backpack - 730cu in

The North Face Hammerhead Backpack - 730cu in

Rating for this product: 5 April 25, 2009

I bought this pack for a spring break trip to Moab in Utah and it worked great. The 3 liter capacity for water keeps you hydrated all day and the mesh in the back lets air flow through so that your back doesn't get a nice back sweat stain. And it keeps the water separated off your back so it doesn't get warm. The larger compartment of the pack allows for a good size sweatshirt or jacket along with your bike gear needs. The two water bottle holders on both sides work well and are not impeded upon from the interior compartments. The ability to strap this pack tightly to your body is great with both chest and waist straps so when you're really pushing it on the trail it does not sway to and from your body. The magnet keeps the nozzle in an easy to get to position and not waving around all the time. Also, the 90 degree lock on the mouthpiece guarantees unwanted spills from ever happening. All in all, this bag gets the job done with ease.
